I am proud to be a first-generation American with a family history rooted in resilience. My parents, originally from the former Yugoslavia (now Serbia), were liberated from German prisoner-of-war camps and arrived in Cleveland through Ellis Island in 1950. Their strength and determination inspire the work I do today. I am a proud mother of two adult children and a wonderful dog, and I’m delighted to have two grand fur babies as well.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics and History and a master’s degree in Business Organizational Analysis from the University of Dallas. Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, reading, listening to music, working out, walking, and dancing. While our office is pet-friendly, our atmosphere is also welcoming and inclusive, supported by a multilingual team fluent in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, and German.
